Returns & Exchanges
At NHÏJE, each piece is made with care, intention, and craftsmanship. If your purchase isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns on full-priced items or store credit within 10 days of delivery.
Items must be:
In original, unworn condition, no perfume spray, tan
With all tags and garment bags intact
Returned in original packaging
Returns are subject to a return fee
Please note: Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

How to Return
Email our team at ciao@nhije.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll respond with a return authorisation and shipping instructions.
Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, we recommend returning your item and placing a new order.
Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We’ll make it right.
