At NHÏJE, every order is handled with care and attention. Our garments are crafted and packaged to reflect the same standard of excellence that defines our brand. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be processed, shipped, and delivered.
We currently ship orders from Australia to customers worldwide, including New Zealand, the United Kingdom, the European Union, the United States, and Canada.
Order Processing Times
All orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding Australian public holidays).
Standard orders: Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before dispatch.
Pre-order or made-to-order items: Processing times will be stated on the product page.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Please note that during high-demand periods — such as collection launches, promotions, or holidays — dispatch times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Within Australia
NHÏJE offers standard and express delivery options via trusted courier partners such as Australia Post or DHL Express.
All orders are dispatched from Melbourne, Australia, and carefully packaged to reflect our commitment to quality and craftsmanship.

Order by 12pm (AEST) for same business day delivery by 6pm within metropolitan Victoria. Service availability depends on courier capacity and demand. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier network performance. Remote or regional addresses may experience slight delays.
VIP Priority Shipping availability may vary during major collection launches or high-volume periods.
Shipping rates are displayed at checkout and include all applicable Australian taxes (GST).
International Shipping
We proudly ship internationally to most regions including New Zealand, the UK, EU, US, and Canada.
Standard International Shipping: 7–10 business days after dispatch.
Express International Shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout in your selected currency.
Duties and Taxes:
International customers are responsible for any local customs duties, import fees, or taxes applicable in their destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are not included in your NHÏJE order total.If you refuse a shipment due to unpaid duties or taxes, NHÏJE reserves the right to deduct return shipping and associated costs from your refund.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.You can also log into your NHÏJE account at any time to view your order status and tracking details.
Delivery
Orders are delivered Monday to Friday during standard business hours.
Please ensure that your delivery address is correct and secure. NHÏJE is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels after delivery has been confirmed by the courier.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, you may be responsible for additional re-shipping costs.
For apartment or office addresses, couriers may leave parcels with building management or in a designated parcel locker if safe to do so.
Pre-Orders and Made-to-Order Items
Some NHÏJE garments are offered on a pre-order or made-to-order basis to support sustainable production.
Estimated dispatch dates are displayed on the product page and may be subject to change.
You will be notified if delays occur, and we will keep you updated until your piece is shipped.
Multiple Item Orders
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on availability. You will receive tracking details for each shipment.
We will notify you if any items are on backorder or temporarily unavailable.
Delays and Force Majeure
We aim to deliver all orders promptly, but unforeseen delays can occur due to weather, customs inspections, or logistical disruptions beyond our control.
NHÏJE will not be held responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs authorities, or other external factors.

Shipping Restrictions
NHÏJE cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, Parcel Lockers, or military addresses outside Australia.
